OS X Lion’s Release Is Upon Us

by on July 19, 2011

According to anonymous sources, Apple will have employees working in their retail stores overnight (11pm – 7am local time) in order to install Lion on all of their Macs and to change the OS X marketing materials.

We’ve also heard that some stores will receive top of the line Mac Pro towers and will use them as “Lion distribution caching centers”. Some people believe these “servers” will allow customers with a slow internet connection to download the 3.5GB operating system within minutes at their local Apple store.

This of course all of this points to a release date within the next 24-48 hours Рso stay tuned for more updates on OS X  Lion as today continues!
