AT&T has finally publicized details on their extremely unpopular and controversial data throttling scheme. For those of you that are unaware of the situation, AT&T has been covertly limiting the download and upload speeds that the top 5% of their “unlimited data” users receive.

Last month Bloomberg reported that Apple’s next-generation “iPad 3″ is set for a March release and it will come equipped with a quad-core processor and LTE 4G chipset (among other things). Today, BGR revealed that one of their sources is in possession of a next-generation iPad prototype:
According to 9to5Mac’s anonymous Foxconn source, Apple is preparing their next-gneration iPhone (currently referred to as the “iPhone 5″) for production stages. Their source also claims that there are at least two prototype devices hovering around the factories making it impossible to distinguish which one is being prepared for mass-production.
