AT&T Data Throttling Is No Joke, Users May See Speeds As Low As 0.1Mbps

Last summer AT&T and other US carriers announced that they would start throttling the speeds of the top 5% data users. Essentially networks have started data throttling to try and prevent users from consuming too much data and so they can allocate their resources to people who aren’t using as much data.
